My role at Highcroft is Client Care Manager, I have only worked in the veterinary sector since January 2024 and that is when I joined Highcroft, but I have always worked in a customer facing role since I started working at 16.
I love getting to know all of our clients and their pets, I enjoy helping people and sorting out any problems that I can for people!
I’ve always loved animals (doesn’t everyone?!) and love to learn whilst I’m at work. Ihave a real interest in dog training.
Supporting owners is one of the main factors of our client care team, and I would say it’s one of the most important jobs at the practice; we have clients who feel like family, and we love to have a chat with you! I think it’s important for you to trust us whilst we look after both you and your pets!
I currently help with insurance processing, and I do enjoy it, anything that enables me to help people I take real pride in.
I have a curly coated retriever X Labrador called Pip, he’s a gentle giant and often comes to work with me, mainly for the treats he gets from the staff! I also have a hamster called Marble.
Outside of work you’ll find me either walking the dog or with my little boy (or both), as boring as it sounds, I love to clean my house because a clean home makes me happy!
