I graduated in Spain in 2011 (Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, Campus de Lugo). Did a 12-month rotatory internship at the University Hospital Rof Codina in Lugo (Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, Campus Lugo) 2012-2013.

Worked sole charge in a small practice in Spain for about 7 months (2013) and went for some externships in USA for 5 weeks (4 weeks Lakeshore Veterinary Specialist in Wisconsin and 1 week North Carolina State University) until I started 2014 working doing the OOH at the university hospital (Hospital Rof Codina) for 12 months (January 2014 to December 2014).

In January 2015 moved to the UK and worked at a companion Care since February 2015 (Fareham Park gate and Portsmouth) until I moved to Vets Now in January 2016 where I did the Cutting edge program and I have been working in vets now since (become principal vet in 2017 and that has been my job since, apart from July 2020 to June 2021 (12 months) when I did a surgical internship in Vets Now Manchester. I joined Highcroft in February 2024.

I have a master’s degree in dog behaviour from the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona (2011).

BSAVA ECC Certificate (2020).

Postgraduate in Surgery and anaesthesia from Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona (2020).

And I finished my surgical certificate with Improve International (Spain) in 2023.

Clinical interests are Surgery and ECC.

Love sports, especially CrossFit and I only have Samba, my 13 years old Staffy X
